Mountain cabbage tree. Wierd thing. Grows at high altitude in South Africa. It'll tolerate some frost but isn't hardy here. Unlike the members of Araliaceae we usually see in cultivation, this one is a pachycaul. Makes quite the spectacle of itself when larger.
